Dinosaur Poll

One of the things we did for Dinosaur Month at our house was to put together a Dinosaur poll among the neighbors. Sam, Teague, Bramm, and Charlie asked our neighbors if they liked the vegetarian or carnivore dinosaurs and then asked them which dinosaur is their favorite. They wrote it down in their notebook and we are graphing them with bar graphs this week. They also had official Dinosaur Enumerator nametags. I have the pictures of those on my phone and will try to post.

More at the House

This is where Sam's creativity shines. Inventing contraptions to do all kind of things around the house. Sam turned this rocket launcher into a clothes dryer.

Alex Beauclair, Scienc Guy. He is 11 and Sam thinks he super. Alex and Sam could do science experiments together all day long.

Kari Beauclair, my new partner in Donorsmith.

This is Mary Stanley and Teague Stanley.  They are our new stellar neighbors.  They brought the new chicks over to our house when they arrived.  The Stanleys are fostering our chickens unil our coop is built.

Around the House

In an effort to get Sam more interested in art, I bought some paint by numbers. They appeal to his personality - he refuses to draw or paint because when he does it, it doesn't look perfect. This kind of guides him and he loves it. Hopefully it will lead into some more creative stuff later.

Painting. This house really seems huge as I continue to paint and paint and paint and paint.

I thought this exed out dinosaur was kind of funny and weird.
