Still Up on Mt. Olympus

Keith and I had opposite reactions to the mountain. I could go up all day long and he could go down all day long. Each way was agony for one of us.

At the end there was pure climbing. Again, climbing up I was fine. Coming down took all my courage.
Finally, we made it. Ate our sandwiches and then started back down.

On Mt. Olympus

We were looking for a place to pump, but could only find steep rocks.

Freedom Machine. I pumped three times on the mountain.

Gabrielle's Christening

Sunday was Gabrielle Hatton's christening. She was beautiful and the Hattons had their marriage blessed. Later we celebrated Eli's birthday.

Swimming Lessons

Sam had his first non-parent swim lessons and they went very, very well. I stayed to watch this first one, but no need in the future. It is a two week class with a lesson EVERY night.

S'more Cake for Eli Hatton's Birthday

Eli is 3! And I told him that I would make him a S'more cake. Three layers of dark chocolate brownies, swiss meringue and graham cracker filling with toasted meringue frosting and candy campfire on top. It was a blast! Happy Birthday, Eli!

Cuddle Bugs

In the past month or so, Sam has started to have some interest in Charlie. The morning this was taken, Keith found them with Charlie sucking on Sam's finger because Sam couldn't find the pacifier.
