I found this recipe on a blog and renamed it after my dad. I found it last year, but was too uncomfortably pregnant to bake. I was pleased to finally make it for him and Sam decided that we should celebrate his birthday. We only had one fat candle. The cake was TO DIE FOR. Peanut butter cream cheese frosting covered with peanut butter chocolate ganache. The cake was wonderfully moist. OMG.
